Creamy Japanese-style Sauce for your Buddha Bowls, Grain Bowls, & salads!

My husband and I eat Buddha bowls for lunch almost every single day. It’s a great way to use up leftovers or random vegetables from the garden. Since we eat these A LOT, I find myself frequently needing to come up with new sauces to keep things fresh and interesting. I’m especially proud of this latest creation and am sure it will become a favorite of yours as well!

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into your Vitamix or high speed blender and blend on high until smooth
  2. Pour onto your favorite bowl or salad and enjoy!
