So I definitely am hoping to do a lot more recipe posts in the future. Right now our new home does not have a working oven and we are on a wait list for a kitchen remodel. However, I do have a working blender! So here goes! 🙂
Creates about 1 cup of dressing
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup miso
-1/4 cup peanut butter
-2 Tablespoons of ginger paste
-2 Tablespoons lime juice
-2 teaspoons sirarcha
-1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your high speed blender and blend until smooth
- Store leftover salad dressing in the refrigerator when not in use. It should stay good for about 5 days
